Taxicab drivers are independent contractors. The following items will be considered when evaluating a new enrollee/driver:

• The age of the driver must be 25 Year Old
• U.S. driving experience
• The number of moving violations
• The number of at fault accidents
• The number of DWI convictions – any DWI convictions within 5 years will disqualify the driver absent extenuating circumstances
• California Driver's license with current address shown

Each independent contractor driver is responsible for obtaining a taxi driver's license from the City of Roseville.
